Short Bio

Dr. Marc Robert was Assistant Professor in an Engineering School of French agricultural ministry (ONIRIS) in Nantes from 2007 to 2010 prior to his appointment at Montpellier Business School in March 2010. After finishing his PhD in Economics (2004, U. of Montpellier I) he held a temporary teaching and research position at the La Réunion University in 2005. From 2005 to 2007 he held a temporary teaching position at La Réunion Business School (EGC) and La Réunion Engineering School (ESIDAI). Major research topics are the relations between the economy and strategic management. His research is published in French and international peer review journals International Studies of Management and Organization, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Revue Française de Gestion, etc. In 2013, he coordinated together with Dr. Philippe Giuliani and Dr. Frédéric Le Roy a special issue on Management Innovation in a French journal (Revue Française de Gestion). In 2016, he will coordinate together with Dr. Annabelle Jaouen and Dr. Frédéric Le Roy a special issue on Management Innovation for the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business. Together with Dr. Frédéric Le Roy (U. Montpellier), he coordinates also the LabEx research program Interorganizational Strategies and Innovation.
