The Finance & Accounting department strives to provide students with financial expertise, nurturing their critical thinking abilities within a global context. Our expert faculty  covers  Corporate  Finance,  Entrepreneurial  Finance,  Fintech,  Microfinance, Financial  Markets,  Managerial  Accounting,  Green  Finance  and  Accounting.  Our professors are committed to develop rigorous thinking for students while emphasizing the need for sustainable growth on a global scale. Mission

The Operations, Information & Decisions department is dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and skills to harness data and technology, make strategic decisions under uncertainty, and optimize operations to transform our society. Through innovative, hands-on learning experiences, we aim to providing students with a comprehensive toolkit to address the ethical and environmental dimensions of modern business operations.

The research expertise of our members includes decision theory, behavioural economics, economics, information systems management, digital transformation, supply chain and operations management, as well as data analytics and statistics.

We strive to develop a culture of collaboration, critical thinking, and adaptability, ensuring that our students emerge not only as adept technologists but also as insightful decision- makers capable of driving positive change in the organizations they serve.

The Languages, Cultures and Communication Department is dedicated to transforming our students into true global citizens. To achieve this goal, we are committed to excellence in language education, embracing diversity, and fostering intercultural competencies. Our international faculty brings extensive teaching experience and employs innovative teaching methods to support students in their language learning journey. Across the faculty we also actively contribute to national and international discourse in language teaching and learning through practice-based research. In line with the overarching mission of MBS, we are dedicated to shaping responsible future leaders who are respectful of diversity and equipped with linguistic and intercultural skills for success in global business.

The People & Organizations Department is a diverse group of professors who teach and research on work and organizations within their broader societal and environmental contexts. The group’s multidisciplinary competences are structured in four pillars of the management field: Human Relations, Organization, Public Interest, and Global Context. The teaching and research of the department are inherently committed to creating positive change and resilience in organizations and societies worldwide, driven by the contemporary grand challenges of food insecurity, climate change and poverty.

This department aspire to inspire,  innovate,  and  impact  the  world  of  business  through  strategic  thinking, innovation and entrepreneurial action while remaining squarely focused on societal and environmental responsibility.
