Dr. Vincenzo Vastola is assistant professor in Strategic Management and CSR at Montpellier Business School. He received his Ph.D. from LUM University. His research focuses on two main themes. First, it investigates the microfoundations of organizational processes and strategic decisions. Second, it deals with questions related to the interdependencies between strategic management and social issues.
Prior to joining Montpellier Business School, Vincenzo had research positions at Imperial College Business School, UK (2019-2020) and Bocconi University, Italy (2017-2019).
