Emmanuelle Chaize joined MBS in 2014. Having completed her Master studies in 2007 (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Management Tours-Poitiers, Tours, France and Linnaeus University, Växjö, Sweden), she held supply chain and project management positions in leading international firms. In 2010, the started a consulting career and became Associate and Managing director of Galatee Conseil, a consulting and training firm with a team of 8 people. Galatee is helping public and private institutions, through consulting, training, team building or coaching sessions. Her areas of expertise are managerial positioning development, relational strategy and leadership; organisation and communication in a team; personal efficiency development; structures and people evaluation; project management; sales and negotiation techniques; pedagogical and learning methods. At MBS, she is now coordinating Sales and Negotiation course for BL1, BL2, ML3 and ML2 students, as well as the entire Behaviour Focus program for BL1, BL2, BL3, ML3, M1 and M2 students. In addition she is responsible of the deepening course Intercultural management and negotiation for M2 students. Finally she coordinates the Behaviour Observatory created in September 2016 by MBS.
