PhD Student L'Ecuyer Catherine

Catherine L'Ecuyer is an Associate Professor at Montpellier Business School with a professionally qualified teaching profile and is also a 2nd year Phd student in the Department of Organizational Strategy at Montpellier University (Montpellier Research in Management), France.
In the past, Catherine has worked in several pharmaceutical companies as a member of their executive board involved in the communication of global management change projects (e.g. six sigma, acquisitions of affiliates), as well as head of corporate communications, promoting organizational reputation amongst various groups of stakeholders.
However, in the fall of 2017, Catherine decided to start her PhD and reorient herself to research.
Catherine L’Ecuyer holds dual citizenship, French and American.
Since 2014, Catherine has contributed to
- building a corporate communication course to be adapted to undergraduates
- teaching principles in Marketing Mix
- designing and teaching a course of Integrated Marketing and Communication.
She is known for approaching marketing from an “anti-consumer” approach (sustainable) but in a responsible way.
September 2018, Catherine received the Elearning Academic Excellence Award.
