MBS starts its new recruitment campaign and is looking for 13 permanent professors of excellence

In line with its ambition to develop its teaching and to actively participate in the construction of a sustainable economy and society, the MBS Faculty is starting its new recruitment campaign with the opening of 13 new permanent positions for the beginning of the academic year in September 2022.

 

Join and evolve within an international team of excellent professors and researchers

 

With more than 100 permanent professors, 60% of whom are international, the MBS faculty carries the school’s vision in its teaching and research. “Each of its experts actively participates in the construction of a sustainable economy and society by developing training for all the traditional fields of management sciences, while integrating the school’s fundamental values: ethics, inclusion, global performance and CSR,” explains Mélanie Ouvry, Director of the Faculty.

Each year, our professors publish more than 150 articles in peer-reviewed journals listed by the CNRS, FNEGE, ABS and FT50.

Of these publications, 45 are ranked 1 in 2021, i.e. published in management science journals with the highest scientific quality. “This excellent result has enabled MBS to be the first and only French management school to be listed in its own behalf in the prestigious Shanghai Ranking” explains Dr. Jonathan Luffarelli, Director of Research at MBS.

Today, MBS research is developing thanks to its 9 research groups, its 5 Chairs committed to change management and its Yunus Centre for Social Business and Financial Inclusion.

 

13 permanent positions are available

In line with its 2025 strategic plan, MBS is starting its new recruitment campaign by hiring 13 new experts who will join the Faculty’s teams for the next academic year starting in September 2022.

All fields of management sciences are concerned by these recruitments of CSR sensitive experts with :

 

  • 3 Positions of Assistant Prof of Marketing
  • 2 Positions of Assistant Prof of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship
  • 2 Positions of Associate Prof of HR Management
  • 2 Positions of Assistant Prof of Accounting
  • 1 Position of Assistant Prof of Finance
  • 1 Position of Associate Prof of Operations Management
  • 1 Position of Associate Prof of Project Management
  • 1 Position of Associate Prof of Management of Digital Transformation & Business
