Short Bio

Dr. Audrey Missonier, Associate Professor at Montpellier Business School, arrived in September 2006. She finished her PhD in 2005 and defended her habilitation to supervise doctoral research (HDR) in 2013. Her research focuses on strategy, mergers, alliances, family firms transmission and paradox in strategy. Her research interests are in the economics of organizations and in empirical studies of firms and markets. She has published several books in French including Change and Management (2007), To Treat and Solve a Case Practice in Management (2008), Negotiations and Strategies (2010). In 2011 she received two best conference paper awards (Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Conference, Association Information et Management). Her work is published in journals such as International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour Research, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, Corporate Governance, Système d’Information et Management, Revue Française de Gestion, Finance Contrôle Stratégie, etc.
