Short Bio

Dr. Julien Granata is Associate Professor at the Sustainable Development Management Department. From 2017 to 2021, he was Pedagogical Head for Executive Education at Montpellier Business School. He holds a PhD in Management (U. Montpellier, 2010) and received the 2010 French Association of Agro-Alimentary Economic Researches PhD Award for his doctoral work on SMEs coopetition process in the wine industry. He is also involved in the Labex Entrepreneurship and the Montpellier Research in Management Laboratory. From 2009-2012, he was director of the Employer Groups Federation in the Languedoc-Roussillon region (CRGELR). He has co-organized several academic and professional conferences. He presented his research at several international conferences (International Council of Small Business, European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management, etc.) and his research, in the field of interfirm strategy and entrepreneurship in the wine industry, has been published in International Small Business Journal, International Journal of Technology Management or Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, etc. In 2013, he obtained a best paper award at the Academy of Wine Business Research Conference.
