The DEMBA programme is delivered entirely online, one day a week (Friday morning and Saturday morning).
■ 60% of the programme is taught synchronously, with a group of around 15 people, while 40% is taught asynchronously.
■ Interaction between participants and teachers is facilitated by the use of collaborative communication software to ensure reliable synchronous teaching sessions, and by a Learning Management System for asynchronous sessions. Before the start of the course, a series of tutorials and presentations, provided by the Learning Centre, explain how to manage this software.
■ In order to facilitate the learning process for DEMBA participants, learning teams are created, bringing together participants for all DEMBA courses given in years 1 and 2. The learning teams are set up according to their geographical location and time zones.
■ Systematic and regular interaction between each participant, the teachers and the programme director is planned in the form of follow-up meetings throughout the programme.
