In December 2018, an article written by Dr Meena Andiappan and Dr Lucas Dufour from Montpellier Business School has been accepted in the very prestigious Academy of Management Review. This journal belongs to the very selective Financial Times 50 ranking system.

A simplified version of this article for Managers has been developed by the journal. The main results of this research are available from here.

Meena and Lucas are both Associate Professors at Montpellier Business School. Their research deals with Human Ressources Management and Organizational Behaviour.
