Dr. Fakher OMEZZINE is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Montpellier Business School. His main research aims to shed light on the different mechanisms that organizations employ under different conditions in order to develop and acquire key competences. His research also explores topics related to firm performance under uncertainty, entrepreneurial failure, informal entrepreneurship, and accidental innovations. Prior to his PhD, he held positions in both industry, as an IT consutant, and academia, as a lecturer.
