Dr. Li Li is Assitant Professor at Montpellier Business School since September 2011. She holds a doctorate in Finance (2011, University of Paris Est, France). Major topics of research are financial reporting, corporate governance, and information asymmetry. She published results of her doctoral work in the French and international journals (Journal of Retailing, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Advances in International Accounting, Finance Contrôle Stratégie) and presented at various international conferences such as the International Conference of the French Finance Association (AFFI), European Accounting Association Conference (EAA), and the Multinational Finance Conference (MFC).
