Dr. Guillaume Andrieu, Full Professor of Finance, joined Montpellier Business School in January 2009. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Toulouse University in the area of Corporate Finance obtained in 2008. In 2015, he obtained the French Post-doctoral degree for the supervision of doctoral research HDR, University of Pau, France. In 2022, he graduated from the International Teachers Programme (ITP) at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. Prior to his full professorship at GSCMBS, he has been teaching assistant at Toulouse University from 2003 to 2008. His major topics of research are venture capital and entrepreneurial finance, game theory, contract theory. He is also external collaborator to the EMLYON Research Center for Entrepreneurial Finance. His research is published in Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Corporate Finance, European Economic Review, Journal of Economic Surveys, Finance Research Letters, etc.
