Dr. Meena Andiappan is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Montpellier Business School in France. She holds a doctorate from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Her research interests include: moral decision-making, time pressure, productivity, and workaholism. Her work has previously been published in the Academy of Management Review, European Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations and Journal of Business Ethics.
