Short Bio

Dr Donoxti Baylon started at Montpellier Business School in September 2020. Previously, he has worked as a Lecturer in Organization Studies at the University of Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow (Scotland, United Kingdom). He has accomplished his PhD at ESSEC Business School in June 2018. His research explores the interactions of technology and work, the ethics of technology, organizational control and resistance, and the management of change. In his previous and ongoing studies, he investigates the digital transformation of work in global organizations, occupational communities and work, and the evolution of communicative practices to organize work in global organizations.
