Dr. Beysül Aytaç, Assistant Professor in Finance, joined Montpellier Business School in September 2011. She holds a PhD in Finance (2010: IAE of Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management, University of Aix-Marseille 3, France). During her PhD, she was visiting scholar at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Her topics of research are the herding behavior and informational efficiency on emerging stock markets. Since 2013, her research interests extend to the field of wine and particularly wine as a financial asset, local wine clusters in Languedoc-Roussillon region and wine family business. She has presented her work in French and international conferences such as American Association of Wine Economists, European Association of Wine, AFFI (French Finance Association), IFC (International Finance Conference) or EMFE (Emerging Markets: Finance and Economics Conference). She has published two papers in ranked national and international journals (Revue des Sciences de Gestion, Research in International Business and Finance) and several books.
