INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION : FOR STUDENTS WITH A FOREIGN QUALIFICATION EQUIVALENT TO A FRENCH OR EUROPEAN BACCALAUREATE

International Admissions are open to candidates, whatever their nationality, who studied previously in a non French institution.You will find below the different ways to apply and register in the Bachelor programme at MBS :

In the last year of a high school diploma equivalent to the Fench    baccalaureate

Degree/diploma equivalent to the fFench baccalaureate (obtained or in progress).

L1 - year 1 of the program

First year of a Bachelor or Licence degree program - L1

First year of Bachelor or licence degree equivalent to 60 ECTS credits (obtained or in progress)

L2 - year 2 of the program

Second year of a Bachelor or Licence degree program - L2

Second year of a Bachelor's or licence degree equivalent to 120 ECTS (obtained or in progression) + IELTS min. 6/9 or TOEFL min. 80/120 credits *

L3 - 2 year curriculum
Semester 1: studies at MBS
Semester 2: internship
Semester 3: internship
Semester 4: studies at MBS
+ final internship

Third year of a Bachelor or Licence degree program - L3

Third year of a Bachelor's or licence degree equivalent to 180 credits ECTS (obtained or in progression) + IELTS minimum 6/9 or minimum TOEFL 80/120

L3 - year 4 of the program

* Candidates who have completed the equivalent of 120 credits (= 2 years of a Bachelor's or licence degree) and who did not achieve the required IELTS or TOEFL score can integrate in year 2 - L2 of the program (taught in French).

Year 1 and 2 (L1 + L2) are taught entirely in French. Non-francophone applicants must provide a proof of level of French as a foreign language of B2 min. on the scale of the Council of Europe.

Year 3 (L3) is taught in English. An IELTS score of min. 6/9 or a TOEFL score of min. 80/120 is required to apply in year 3.

Oral selection tests :

Oral tests are held every week in the applicant’s home country, or by video-conference or at Montpellier Business School.

Individual interview :

Montpellier Business School’s individual interview uses the HAY Management method, which helps the selection board to identify the personal characteristics of applicants and their potential as future managers. The questions asked by members of the board aim to gradually deepen their knowledge of applicants and, among other aspects, assess their ability to anticipate, adapt and integrate, as well as their individual inquisitiveness and open-mindedness.

English language test :

The English language test evaluates reading, writing skills and knowledge of the language (grammar, vocabulary). Evidence of a TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC score can also be provided to replace the English language interview.

2. Complete the application form and attach all required documents.

3. If you are eligible, we will set up an appointment with you for your interview and for the English test, unless you provided IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC score.

4. We will send you a link for the MBS test, unless you provided TAGE post Bac, Tage 2 or TAGE MAGE test.
