The Alumni association leans against Montpellier Business School’s strategy!

The alumni association of Montpellier Business School now encompasses more than 11 000 graduates. It aims at bringing together the graduates of all programs as well as to meet their recruitment goals and help them for training, and career conversion. Real link between the school and the alumni after graduation, it follows the development of the school and the settlement of graduates abroad.

« The association manages to maintain the links between graduates by organizing events, sending regularly information about the alumni and their career as well as by featuring numerous job offers. It has developed many services related to employment assistance. But its biggest task is to update graduates contact information,n despite the implementation of the generic Montpellier Business School e-mail address since 2011 and the lifetime contribution » comments Sophie Buisine Executive Director of the Association since more than 13 years.

The constant progression of Montpellier Business School in the rankings but also its development encourages many graduates to represent the school through the creation of national and international branches. The purpose of those branches is to bring together graduates from the same geographic area on business or friendly themes. « Around 20% of the graduates get their first job   abroad! The mission of the international branches is to welcome newcomers after they have been informed in advance on how to install in the country! There is a lot of solidarity among expatriate graduates ".

And others will arrive soon. « A Business School in the French top 10 and top 50 can’t do without a dynamic, structured and committed network. I strongly encourage all graduates to be proactive and to support and participate to the actions created by this network. On April the 15th, we will celebrate the school with the 10th anniversary of the D Day. It is a special moment that allows the alumni to connect and share because the alumni network also comprises beautiful intergenerational meetings. » says Sophie .
