Montpellier Business School 8th School of Management according to the magazine Challenges

After the annual ranking by Le Figaro where we were ranked at the 9th position of French business schools, the magazine Challenges just published his ranking on « the best studies in management with or without preparatory classes ». It gives Montpellier Business School’s Master Grande École the 8th place in the Top 25 of business schools in France and a very good 7th place for our Bachelor of International Business Administration.

« The strategy that consists in diversity, apprenticeship and in giving the chance to unusual profiles to integrate our master, as first lever for equal opportunities combined with the international recognition in terms of academic excellence and increased selectivity makes sense in the long term and our school is in constant progression, » explains Didier Jourdan. « It is good that the ranking takes into account the diversity criterion which pushed us at the 8th place, because it demonstrates the fact that, if they want to, Business Schools and Management Schools have the capacity to show their engagement against any discrimination forms and more specifically, discrimination on the basis of wealth. It is proven by the 2nd place that Montpellier Business School obtained in the matter of professional integration of its graduate students. The 90% of student that make their last year in apprenticeship are one of the biggest cause. We are of course going to pursue the implementation of our strategic plan whose results are astonishing ».

We have to highlight the fact that Montpellier Business School’s Master Grande Ecole gained +8 places in 2 years in this ranking and that the Bachelor program is ranked for the first time at the 7th place in 4 years.

« This last ranking of 2015 is a good indicator for our 34 partners and all the companies that support, with solid determination, the development of Montpellier Business School. It is also a good reward for our governance, our collaborators, our territory and our graduates », concludes Didier Jourdan, Dean of Montpellier Business School.
